It is a seasoned cheese, produced with whole milk from cows of the Aosta Valley breed from a single milking, processed CRUDE, according to DOP regulations. Our selection is guaranteed by Fromagerie Haut Val d'Ayas, one of the best dairies in the valley. The unmistakable taste of the Alps. DETAILS 100% Made in Italy Rind: it is thin, light brown. Not edible rind. Paste: semi-cooked paste with a soft structure. It is ivory white in color with straw-colored nuances. The flavor is sweet, pleasant and delicate. Product with washed paste. Maturation: the cheeses are matured in underground rooms on white fir boards for a period that can vary from 45 to 70 days. Use: it is used as a table cheese and in cooking for the preparation of dishes. Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet. Guaranteed minimum weight portions.
