Fontal della Rosa is dedicated to Nonna Rosa, founder of what is now Caseificio Rosso, who first Ggave the way to the transportation of the cheeses through the alpine valleys between Gressoney and Biella. Produced with whole, pasteurized cow's milk from the mountains. It is a cheese with a sweet, delicate flavor and a soft, creamy texture: ideal for use in the kitchen. DETAILS 100% Made in Italy Rind: it is thin, light brown. Not edible rind. Paste: soft structure. It is ivory white in color with straw-colored nuances. The flavor is sweet, pleasant and delicate. Product with washed paste. Maturation: the cheeses are aged in underground rooms on white fir boards for a period that can vary from 45 to 70 days. Use: it is used as a table cheese and in cooking for the preparation of dishes. Ingredients: Pasteurized cow's milk, salt, rennet. Guaranteed minimum weight portions.
