Cut, packaged and shipped directly from our farm store. Whole cheese in photo: 2Kg approx. Maccagno Biellese is a sweet tradition. A young cheese made from local, whole, pasteurized cow's milk. Under a thin crust, its soft paste reveals a sweet flavor, a delicate taste with notes of butter. It conquers the table and is perfect for any occasion. DETAILS 100% Made in Italy Rind: of medium consistency, it has a brown color and, in some cases, there are characteristic yellow molds. On one side is imprinted the trademark "Maccagno Biellese" and the company trademark "Toma Rosso" of Caseificio Rosso. Non-edible rind Paste: tender structure with thin, regularly distributed holes. It is white in color with straw-colored nuances. The taste is sweet, pleasant and delicate, with buttery notes Maturation: the cheeses are matured in underground rooms on white fir boards for a period that can vary from 30 to 60 days Use: it is used as a table cheese and in cooking for the preparation of typical dishes Ingredients: Cow's milk, salt, rennet, milk enzymes.
